I can't activate the continue console in visual studio code

Hi,

Perhaps this is a newbie question, but how can I view and use the Continue console? According to the documentation (https://docs.continue.dev/troubleshooting#check-the-logs), you need to enable it via the command palette by selecting “Continue: Enable Console.” However, I don’t see that option available.
