CLI using too much context

Hello, I am using Continue and I've been very happy with the VS Code extension. I want to try out the CLI on Linux. I was able to get started, but when I tried using it I was quickly hitting the model token limits. I tried to run from a directory with only file, and it ran fine. I seems like Continue is trying to load every file under the current directory into the context. Is there a way to avoid this? Thanks.

I added a rule that explicitly says not to load files into context. This seemed to have helped. I am hoping there is a better way.
