好像是一个nodejs的bug，可以尝试一下 nodejs/node#15780 (comment) 能否修复

看了一下容器里默认的resolv.conf，用的是google的8.8.8.8dns，手动把这个地址改掉，或者把宿主机的resolv.conf映射到容器里应该也能行
