control option set to false still showing controls on a vimeo video

Current Behavior

i am using option control=false for vimeo videos and i tried on most of the videos from vimeo they're working as expected i.e not showing the control but there's this one video i came up with whos controls are still shown, do you have any idea what could be the reason? here's the video's link

Expected Behavior

it should hide the controls for all the videos.

when i inspect the iframe other videos are getting these classes of no-playbar and hide-controls

but this video does not get those classes, despite the code is completely same for all videos rendering.

on investigating I found that this video was uploaded by a basic account, and vimeo doesn't currently support to hide the controls for basic annount videos. closing this issue.
