A rate view for Mac, as iTunes's song's rate.

- On and Off images can be customized.
- There are heading and trailing padding parts, which can respond to user action and set rate value to 0 and 5 respectively.
- User can click or drag mouse to change rate value.
- In table view, rate 0 is hidden automatically like iTunes.
