Integrate Matomo

In order to Get stats on the mobile app usage, and compare them with the website

I want To integrate Matomo into the mobile app

Whereas currently Mobile app tracking is missing in Matomo dashboards

Additional context
Data should be split per instance for the CoopCycle app and be sent into a relevant instance for the custom apps

I'm aware of at least two react-native libraries for matomo:
