I've seen that

and I suggest to write something less negative as "the restaurant will open at 12am"

And I've seen that when the product is disabled

If the restaurant doesn't want to show the product to users, he's necessary to destruct it and recreate later. And for users there is no explanation why the product is not for him/her.
I suggest when a product is disabled, it's not apparent for users.
