There are several pieces of sugar for live ISO/PXE coreos-installer invocations we might want to add to the FCOS distro, e.g.:

This functionality has been added to coreos-installer via iso customize and pxe customize. It's probably better to keep this out of Butane anyway, since installer sugar makes sense for Ignition configs targeted at the live system but not for all FCOS configs. Closing this out.
