[Issue]: Missing file #1238

What happened?

If I use nvm-noinstall.zip and will install node after unzip the error hapens:

nvm install

ERROR open \nvm\settings.txt: The system cannot find the file specified.

What did you expect to happen?

No error

1.2.0 or newer (Default)

No response

Administrative Privileges, Elevated
