Current Implementation

The feature of adding new incidence cards for local incidences can only be discovered by accident. It took me and another user in a small personal UX test more than 3 minutes to accidentally discover that you have to slide the row one step to the right in order to discover the add function.

Suggested Enhancement

Either show a little info screen that explains the hidden function or unhide the function.

Expected Benefits

The feature can actually be used by end users. ;-)

Same here.
I read the description of "new features" - up to 5 local incidences can be added - so I planned to add my own town, and those of my sisters. I added mine first - but then saw no button to add more ....

... and only by accident I scrolled "too much to the left" and found the button to add them as planned ....
