Maybe it would be possibile to - somehow - create "self-certificates"? (Of course they would not be validated.) (Ok, this is a really oversimplification of the idea, so let me explain the reason and the idea behind it)

The reason for this idea is to have a better overview of your own "test-status" and have a history that is available. On some days I go to an official test-center, so I have the result in the CWA. But on other days - maybe before I leave to work - I might just do a self-test during the morning-routine.
Of course I know the result on this day, but I would like to document it somewhere, so that if I get a red warning I can check "okay, since the meeting with high risk I did 2 official tests and 6 self-tests and all were negative so far". This helps to evaluate the chance of being infected.

In an ideal world, one would click on a button "document self-test", then scan the barcode of the self-test, then select a person that is available in the certification-tab and enter/select "negative"
The CWA would then download all the info about the test that are available (Name, Manufacturer, ...) and then
a) create a "not scannable self-certificate in the certification-tab"
b) create an entry in the diary

I know we are not in an ideal world, but maybe it is possible to implement something in the direction of this?
