Currently, if you install the CLI on a new machine and use different AWS credentials (with the AdministratorAccess IAM policy attached), running cortex cluster commands will result in an error like this:

error: You must be logged in to the server (Unauthorized)

The error message should be more descriptive, and should link to documentation for how to address this
