Add documentation for Python Client

Description

Add documentation for the Python Client.

The use of the python client is only mentioned in install.md. If users wanted to get additional documentation they would have to look at the code directly or use help in the python REPL.

Potential Solutions:

• use a tool like https://pydoc-markdown.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ to generate markdown and integrate into current gitbook documentation
• Setup a separate subdomain and host docs separately generated by (readthedocs or sphinx)
