ADR-040 Implementation: End-to-end testing of store/v2

Summary

Verify the functionality of the new SMT-based store with end-to-end tests for ADR-040.

Problem Definition

Once the new state store is fully integrated into the app code, it will need to be comprehensively tested with modules that reflect real usage of the SDK and IBC. At a minimum this should include x/bank and x/auth. This can be satisfied by manual testing.
