I did a fresh new installation of cosmos SDK, and try to follow this guide(https://cosmos.network/docs/gaia/join-testnet.html#genesis-seeds) to join testnet, however when I run the command, I receive "ERROR: Status: Post http://localhost:26657: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:26657: connect: connection refused"

I don't believe this is inherently an issue in the SDK, but rather something gone wrong in the setup or environment. I would double check you can safely reach the Tendermint RPC host from your localhost or from your docker container.

I tried to run the shell script for the IBC demo and got the same error, a copy and paste of the ibc demo file from Cosmos PR 174.
