Unexpected ABCI error when calling validation distribution info over REST

Steps to Reproduce

GET distribution/validators/cosmosvaloper1rcr8c8enfl5rdfv8jcxj8uwy64dmr7md2mnl08

{"error":"ABCIQuery: Response error: RPC error -32603 - Internal error: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference"}

For Admin Use
