The ideal starting point is to start with all the transactions that are already fleshed out in the specification and add their respective fees and gas cost. Ideally this should be done as extensions to the spec itself.

We also need a clear description of how fees and gas paying works in this SDK. Unless I'm mistaken, this isn't specified anywhere nor really implemented. Noted in #518

@sunnya97 do you have any thoughts/updates here ?
