Implement Module Derived Addresses

Summary

We didn't analyze well the Module Derived Addresses. In the ADR-028 we made a section on how this could be implemented. But didn't implement it because we didn't have a clear use-cases. Now are going to integrate ADR-028 in extra modules, and the use case.

Proposal

Implement Module Derived Addresses.
