README test instructions do not work #385

I read https://github.com/cosmos/gravity-bridge#run-gravity-bridge-right-now-using-docker and tried to execute it.
There is no tests folder however, and I cannot locate the bash scripts mentioned. Is a preliminary step necessary?
