Summary

We've added nightly cron jobs for running e2e tests on a schedule in #3822

It may be nice to explore the idea of adding a dedicated slack channel or other means of notification method to nicely show us status info. Whether it be success or failure.

scope mostly updated since we don't have a hermes e2e cron job. We do have a cron job for upgrade tests and we can use it there (and anywhere else a cron job might be used in future)
