Summary

Would be nice to have a CI job that generates a test coverage report for ibc-rs. We have a lot of tests but it is unclear if we're sufficiently testing all of our code (lines/branches). (see also informalsystems/hermes#2842)

Acceptance Criteria

A CI job (Github workflow) that generates a test coverage report.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate milestone (priority) applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
