[ICS02] Cover client frozen/expired conditions with unit tests

Problem Statement

Make sure that we covered failure scenarios everywhere we check a status of a client (like here) by introducing frozen and expired conditions.
Adding required fields to the MockCotext and writing unit tests should accomplish this.

Should come after fixing #536
