Background

As part of #743 towards the launch of the IBC-rs documentation portal, this issue aims to document:

  • Content: Currently we should only cover an instruction on how to upgrade an IBC client. This section may use very similar content to ADR06 with some adjustments.
  • Target: developers, validators, operators
