Describe the Bug

If you load a different config from the CosmoScout command line you cannot load different spice kernels.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a config containing satellite data
  2. Start CosmoScout with the simple_desktop.json
  3. call CosmoScout.callbacks.core.load("config_with_satellites.json")
  4. There are still no satellites visible

Expected Behavior

Reloading the config should also load any new spice kernels
