The application must allow users to perform all CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) locally without requiring a network connection.
The application must persist changes locally until the device reconnects, at which point the changes will synchronize with the remote Capella database.
The application must provide clear indicators of the offline/online status of the application.
