For new semesters being added, there's basically a couple different stages in the process:

  • Semester in-progress
    • Could be detected by comparing current date to seasonCode
  • Not requested yet, UH is finalizing grades
    • Could be detected by comparing current date to predetermined email send date
  • Data request sent to UH, waiting for reply
    • Could be detected by comparing current date to predetermined email send date
  • Data received, not added to the site
  • Data added to the site
    • Could be detected by querying firebase for 1 section orderedBy TERM descending

These could be visualized in a way on a specific page to answer any questions about data
