It could drastically lower the data consumption/traffic. Also this could deprecate the native mobile app with a multi-platform "native-ish" app.

I support this idea, having a PWA-based app will allow the team to concentrate all the efforts in one place instead of implementing the same charts multiple times.

Please take a look at electron or apache-cordova.
(visual studio code is made with electron for example)

Sí existen aplicaciones nativas para Android. Adjunto enlace de una aplicación cubana creada inicialmente para mostrar los datos diarios de todos los países y el historial de cada uno de ellos. Más tarde se adicionó la información de Cuba (tablas y gráficos).


Yes there are native applications for Android. Attached link of an application created initially to show the daily data of all the countries and the history of each one of them. Later, information from Cuba was added (tables and graphs).
