TODO: Document .env requirements and config steps necessary for building #55

The build instructions currently appear to omit the steps necessary for customizing the .env and configuration steps necessary to tell the compiled app which server to use. It would be excellent to get those documented.

This would include any fastlane plugins (e.g. increment_version_code) that may be needed for that build option
