App needs to include open source attributions / legal notices

Given that we've used a number of open-source libraries, the app needs to include proper attribution of those with links to the relevant licenses. This can be done by adding a "Legal Notices" section to the Settings following the "Terms & Conditions" link. Here's an example of how the Twitter app does it (for example) ... note the "Legal Notices" option at the end of the list which links to a webpage with the open source attributions.
