No tags for recent versions

The feed contains 8.13 / 8.14, but this docker image is not tagged it seems.
Latest tag I could find on https://hub.docker.com/r/cptactionhank/atlassian-jira-software is 8.1.0

Using latest is strongly discuraged.
Please tag all versions properly.
This is also needed if you need to downgrade to an older version, if bugs are found.

This needs #89 to be merged so the version matches.
