[5.x]: How to fetch the entries that is related to specific categories with GQL

What happened?

Description

I am trying to fetch the entries's data using graph ql and I want to fetch the entries that is related to some of the categories .
I have give some of the information down below. please help me with it .

Steps to reproduce

1. These are my categories in my cms and that channel categories is a type of matrix .

2. This is how i have given the categories to my entries and the channel categories i have given is " The List "

3. This is how normally i was fetching the entries using GQL , where i can get the data as well .

But my concern is how can i fetch on the entries that is related to the channel category of lets say " The list" . can someone help me or guide me how can i fetch using GQL . Thank you .
