merge CLI commands should support --interactive=0

I am migrating a huge project to Craft 5 and need to merge dozens of entry types. It is very tedious to have to interactively run each command and confirm the prompt - especially since every project config change is slow as molasses at this database size anyway, so it's a lot of aggregate wait time. I also have to watch it like a hawk to make sure the correct one is selected and if not, type the entry type name again.

It could be so easy if I could just build a large shell script in my editor to run all the commands in sequence :)

My suggestion:

• Allow non-interactive mode
• when in this mode always persist the first entry type passed into the command.
