[5.x]: Matrix entry slideout gets cut-off in live preview

What happened?

Description

I have observed an issue in live preview where the slideout of nested matrix entries is cut-off at the top.

From my brief testing (on windows chrome) there are two conditions for the issue to manifest:

• The left pane of the preview (the element edit form) must be above a certain width.
• The slideout must belong to a matrix entry (not an asset or entry field).

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to an entry that has a Matrix field with nested entries with card view.
2. Open live preview and drag the pane separator to the right, so the left pane is pretty wide.
3. Double click on a card.

Expected behavior

The slideout fits in the lef pane.

Actual behavior

The slideout slides too far to the op and gets cut-off.
