possible bug in creation of a new chunk with name containing '.tpl.' #44

Hi,

installing a new chunk with the name langmenu.tpl.item.mobile will generate a chunk with a different name langmenu.item.mobile.

This behaviour has been detected in the repoman/install, but it's possible that affect the build process.
