CRC bundles OKD 4.15, but SCOS OKD 4.18 is available: https://github.com/okd-project/okd-scos/releases

Can be OKD version updated too so it will match OpenShift and Microshift version (4.18.1)?

As of now we are blocked by okd-project/okd#2015
