With https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2132728 fixed, the selinux changes in prepare_qemu_guest_agent are no longer needed in fcos-based bundles.
I made an attempt at changing this in master...cfergeau:snc:qemu-ga-selinux but I haven't tested it yet. This change also needs to be made in the podman branch.
