revisit default disk size for microshift and podman bundles

currently the disk size for all the three bundle types is 31G, which might prevent users from also running the podman or microshift presets, which in practice would work with less disk size then the 31G requirement which is for running openshift

We should evaluate the actual minimum disk sizes to enforce for the podman and microshift bundles
