Bug description

Weather update doesn't automatically update even if you manually click on the "last update time" in service settings, and would update after restarting the system ui, but this is only present just on the lock screen. At a glance, and the weather tile work just fine.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: enable weather service in crdroid settings
Step 2: choose met norway as the weather provider.
Step 3: wait untill you feel like the weather changes in your area
Step 4: go to weather section in crdroid settings, and manually click on the "last update time", you should see that the weather being displayed on the tile and at a glance area is different from the one on the lock screen
Step 5: restart the system ui, and now the weather info on the lock screen matches with the tile, and at a glance area.
