Does this project support building for MIPS, Mipsel, ARM?

@hook-s3c - I haven't needed to or tried, but I would welcome supporting any other platform/arches. If you can get it working, I'll gladly update the build script to include it. Ideally you can find a CI cloud to test the build in too.

I'm not sure about integration with this project, I'm a bit burned out from getting a Dockerfile up today.

I did not test tor-static ARM support.
