请描述目前使用沙拉查词遇到什么不便

不开浏览器时没法使用沙拉查词，比如 ide 里复制了一段文本需要翻译，想要不切换窗口直接进行翻译，utools就非常合适

理想情况下，沙拉查词应该怎么做

替代方案

原先要 anrgct 大佬在维护，但是大佬目前不想维护了，新版 utools 也没法安装旧版的 upx 格式的插件，希望大佬可以推一份 utools 版的插件
