Description

file line count seems a bit restrictive and doesn't appear to do much. I searched discord for issues and looked at the code and can't see any reason to limit it.

I'd like to use it to see if a html file is empty (has 0 lines) but the restriction prevents this so i was curious why this function is restricted?
