All country names are unknown when translating

I'm trying to translate the tool for Turkish Language. I couldn't find any countries file on folders. All the country names are Unknown. How do I fix this

For the country names it uses the game localization files. It doesn't have its own localization for that.

For some games the name lookup is not implemented though, so it will always show as unknown.

Oh that's unlucky. Except Vic3 there is no Turkish localization for pdx games, so it can't find anything. Thanks!
