Current Behavior:

Archive views are stuck in loading state if there is any error.

Expected Behavior:

Should show error view that allows retrying. See Error View in Recording for references.

Anything else:

The AllTarget view seems not to be working.

Now that we mention this. The archive views should show error + retry. instead of be stuck in loading state.
