Overview

C-APIの各言語Export処理をツール化する。
- pythonは既に存在している。
- goはswig使うため不要。
- rustとC#の分が欲しい。
  - pythonのツールを拡張して、cfd側に持ってくる。
  - 関数定義部の自動生成だけでOK。それ以外は不要。
    - rustはsysコードと混ざっているため、シンプルな方がありがたい。

Completion condition

C-APIの関数定義を各言語向けに簡易Export出来ること。
