Turn on Production code

See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35721206/how-to-enable-production-mode. I am having troubles with the deploys as can't log in to server. My contract ends today. I don't want to make this change unless I can deploy and verify it works properly. So this is on hold for someone else or another time.
