Please give rubygems.org upload permission of bio-phyloxml gem

Hi, I'm a developer of BioRuby (https://github.com/bioruby/bioruby).
Thanks to your work in this repository, we've created http://github.com/bioruby/bioruby-phyloxml BioRuby official repository of bio-phyloxml gem.
Because of reflecting recent changes to BioRuby, keeping compatibility from current BioRuby, and truncating history which is not related with Bio::PhyloXML, bioruby/bioruby-phyloxml is not a direct fork of csw/bioruby-phyloxml. Instead, your commits to README.md and some files are cherry-picked from csw/bioruby-phyloxml to bioruby/bioruby-phyloxml.

Now, I'd like to release new version of bio-phyloxml gem from BioRuby project. However, because bio-phyloxml 0.9.0 was released from your rubygems.org account in 2012, I could not release new version from my accout for BioRuby project. Could you please give me permission of uploading new version of bio-phyloxml to rubygems.org?
