Can tuya convert work on bluetooth instead of wifi?

Hi everyone

I'm new to smart home (just started setting up things around home last week) and got to this point so please bare with me if I'm too noob on this.

I have Tuya bluetooth mesh, which was connected to Smart Life app after Bluetooth pairing.
Then from the app, adding other BLE devices via Bluetooth to this mesh.

So I'm trying to tuya-convert this Bluetooth mesh to Tasmota, to control these BLE devices locally in HA.

Is it possible to do that with tuya-convert?
I'm lost on how to control/listen for events of these BLE devices. (They come in a set with the mesh like this)
