Instead of linking files, consider using shared projects #199

Sometimes it's a bit hard to see where files are coming from. For example, GitCreateTask lives in SourceLink.Create.GitHub, but is also used in other projects. I have learned to love shared projects, and shared stuff could be placed inside SourceLink.Create.Shared.

I can easily PR this, allows me to learn the system.
