Add CK calls to main file managers

It would be great to CK calls (to find CK entries and jump to their directories or load files and meta description) to main file managers in Windows and Linux:

• explorer
• mcedit
• emacs
• vim
  etc

I am closing non-essential tickets to start preparing for CK2. I prototyped the CK integration with Far manager(https://github.com/ctuning/ck-ext-far-manager-plugin) and it works fine. We can add support for other file managers and editors later when needed.
