I have coworker who is trying to run a feature file on his Windows 11 machine but he is getting this error:

He is using JetBrains Aqua 2024.2 and someone asked the same question here but I'm wondering if this may be a Cucumber issue instead.

I'm running the same project on a Mac and I do not encounter the error, it works fine for me. We are both using cucumber-js version 10.8.0.

Please let me know if any additional details are required. I would greatly appreciate a workaround for this!

Thanks for raising. The Aqua plugin authors will need to change this so they provide the formatter URL with the file:// scheme.
